The Infinium Extreme is the launch model of the Infineum range. Rugged looks compliment the powerful Infineum motor and battery system to provide a machine that gives performance befitting its looks. The Extreme is packed with features, Rock Shox front shock absorbers, 24 speed Shimano Alivio trigger shift gears and V brakes, Cane Creek headset, multifunction cycle computer and triple mode electric power. The patented Infineum battery system allows an almost unlimited range to be achieved. Each Infineum battery weighs less the 2kg and can provide power assisted cycling for 25-33 miles. Using the latest in Lithium Polymer battery technology, further batteries can be added to the cycle increasing the range that can be covered.
The Infineum motor is small and discreet to look at yet powerful in performance. Thanks to its epicyclic friction drive technology, the motor is 80% efficient and silent in its operation. Weighing only 2kg, the motor is situated in the front wheel meaning that the Infineum when being used in pedal assist mode is an all wheel drive machine.The Infineum range has been designed to make serviceability as easy as possible. Modular connectors allow the key components to be connected via a central wiring loom and disconnected at the sight of the component allowing quick and easy servicing. The cycle computer on the Infineum range of bicycles allows the rider to see how fast they are travelling, how far they have travelled and how much battery power they have left. In addition to this the cycle computer allows the rider to select how much pedal assistance they get from the bike, be it minimal for the more energetic rider or maximum assist for an effortless journey. How will my infineum be delivered? Unlike most dealers all our Infineums are fully assembled and tested before dispatch**. We use our own bespoke bike boxes so all you have to do is turn and tighten the handlebar stem, pop the pedals on and ........ride!!
