Cedexx Manchester Double 4.5m x 3.6m Log Cabin

The Manchester double log cabin is one of the highest quality products in our range. Combining 44mm thick walls and double glazing this log cabin provides a living space that is incredibly comfortable. This log cabin offers a warm and yet spacious interior which is ideal as an additional sitting room or as a playroom for a growing family.

This log cabin has an internal wall coming from the front corner to the back wall. This is an open plan giving you the possibility to pass from one room to the other one. The internal wall has a 44 mm thickness All Cedexx cabins are produced from high quality spruce and have the benifit of double gazed windows & doors as standard. An additional side window can also be added as an optional extra (see below)

Delivery

Full delivery prices are detailed below and should be selected from the drop down at point of order. Prices for deliveries to Highlands and Isles are provided on a quote basis and can be obtained by emailing or calling quoting the cabin model and your postcode.

Cedexx Log Cabins are delivered as flat packed palletised individual logs etc. Unlike other manufacturers there is no need to assist unloading the Cedexx Log Cabins, as they will be delivered on lorries with cranes so all you'll have to do is move it from your door to the garden where you want to build it. However we do recommend that a couple of people are on site should you wish to move the delivery from the drop off point to the place of assembly. Delivery is typically 14 days and the courier will contact you 2-3 days prior to the expected delivery date to confirm the delivery time. Please make sure someone is present to receive the order.

ATTENTION LORRY ACCESS! Please ensure there is sufficient access for a 3m x 12m lorry (40ft articulated lorry) before placing your order otherwise a re-delivery charge may apply. A re-delivery involves a delivery with a small designated lorry and will incur additional shippinh charges. If your road is unable to accommodate a vehicle of this size please contact us before ordering to establish whether any additional shipping charges are applicable

Notes to Purchase: Being a natural product some adjustment of the wood components may be necessary so you will need to have a saw, hammer and screwdrivers available during construction. Colours of individual pieces will vary as will individual logs in grains/knots which is to be expected from wood products. . Full instructions are supplied with each cabin but we are more than happy to email these to any customers before purchasing - please just send a mail quoting the model and we'll mail them through to you. We do recommend that once we have confirmed your order and your delivery has been scheduled that you prepare your base. Make the foundation so that the top projects around 5 cm above the surrounding ground surface. The foundation must be completely level and drained so that all the support timbers can be placed straight onto it. We suggest that you use the following types of foundation:
