AATH has tried to make our site clear, straighforward, upfront & fair. This is how we have achieved this.

Categories - Clear logical categories which lead you where you want to go through the title. If you know what you want we have provided a shop by brand category which will take you all products for each manufacturer.

Descriptions - we aim to give you as much information about each item to assist you make an informed purchase.

VAT - VAT inclusive prices. No nasty shocks in checkout!

Delivery Charges - AATH's policy is not to profit from delivery charges. Charges are calculated on an accumulative weight basis so the more you buy the cheaper it is. To check how much delivery is for an item simply add it to the cart and the amount will be shown. Its just as easily removed

Questions - Customers are always welcome to ring or mail. We offer a friendly polite service and will always assist. If we are unable to assist with your query straightaway we will always return your call with an answer. All questions sent by mail will receive a personal response. We do not send automated mails. 

If there is to be a delay greater than 3 days in the dispatch of your item we will always make contact to establish if you are happy to wait. We never assume that a delay is acceptable.
